At Japanese Taste, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order of authentic Japanese goods. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via the contact form or email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive an authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Japanese packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and including a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.

  Ship the Items

  Send the package to our distribution center in Japan using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
